6 step for enrollment:

1st Step – Documents, Subject to Submission to an Institution + Document preparation fee payment :

  • Application form (in the case of a minor – an application of a representative thereof). You may fill it out in our Institution.
  • A notarized copy of the applicant’s passport (two copy);
  • A notarized copy (two copy) of an educational document (school certificate);
  • 2 colored photo (printed);
  • In the case filing an application by another person, the document certifying the authority thereof (power of attorney);
  • In the case filing an application by a parent, the notarized copy of child’s birth certificate shall be presented;
  • Applicant also has to pay document preparation fee. The fee  must be paid to our Academy bank account number given bellow (it won’t be refund).

Requirement for admission:

  • Hotel Accommodation Specialist – Requirement for admission: Basic education;
  • Accountant - Requirement for admission: Complete secondary education;
  • Transport Logistics Operator- Requirement for admission: Basic education;
  • Bank Cashier-Operator – Requirement for admission: Basic education.

2nd Step – Giving applicant an offer letter, that the institution agrees to enroll a student.

3rd Step – Taking the documents to the LEPL – National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

4th Step – Order of Ministry about applicant enrollment.

5th Step – Tuition fee payment (must be paid to our Academy account number given bellow) .

6th Step – Producing inner order about vocational student enrollment in the Academy.

Director will consider the application after its submission or correction of deficiencies in 1 month, and makes decision about the possibility of admission of the applicant within the total amount of students.

7th Step – Sending invitation letter to the student
